How long will my order take?

You will receive your Two Islands & Co leather bag within 5-7 business days. If we are out of stock on a product you wish to order and we need to re-stock, this may take up to 2 weeks. Please be patient as all orders are handmade and therefore take longer to produce.

Help! I need to change my order?

Do not worry! Email us at twoislandsandco@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will sort it out for you.

Where does your leather come from?

We are an Australian owned and operated business in Phillip Island, Australia, however, we do outsource the manufacturing overseas in Indonesia where we support a small community through donating a percentage of our sales to 'The Bali Children's Project'.  Is this product I'm purchasing an ethical choice?

Yes! We can proudly say our leather is a bi-product of the meat industry and we only use cow and sheep hides that originate from ethical conditions.

What is the best way to keep my leather looking brand new?

We hand craft our very own Two Islands and Co leather conditioner right here in Phillip Island with the help of some local bees.  Coming soon to our website.

How should it be applied?

Keep a few things in mind when applying your conditioner:

  • Place the conditioner onto a soft, lint free cloth not directly onto your leather.
  • Use a circular motion to rub the conditioner evenly over an entire panel or section of the leather.
  • Follow the conditioning with a brisk buffing of the leather surface with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Allow the leather to air dry for a few hours before using the bag.
